MAC HAVE DISCONTINUED MY FAVOURITE LIPSTICK - AND I'M NOT A HAPPY BUNNY.

Have you ever bought a product - skincare or makeup - and loved it so much that you feel the urge to buy three lots of it just incase they suddenly discontinue it without warning?

You're actually probably sat there thinking 'erm, no?' but I'm kind of hoping otherwise and that at least half of you are going 'yes!' in your heads.

This, is something I do all the time. It's a little ridiculous, I know, but every once in a while, our favourite makeup brands or skincare experts decide to do the one thing we pray they never will - discontinue our favourite product.

And we hate them for it.

Anyway, you're most likely wondering where I am going with this post at this point, but don't worry, I'm getting to it now.

So, on a recent visit to the MAC store, I went in with six fresh empties so that I could pick up a free tube of my favourite MAC Lustre lippie, 'Plink!'

However, I was horrified to learn that MAC no longer manufacturer this shade!

As you can see, I've got a lot of MAC lipsticks! 

Now, in the grand scheme of life, I know that I don't 'need' this lipstick and there is probably an excellent dupe somewhere out there, but I just loved my Plink! so much, all I want is for them to bring it back!

The Lustra range at MAC is my favourite out of all the lipstick types because I love the finish. I struggle with matte finishes because I find that they can make my makeup lookl heavier than I like it to, and the Lustre collection helps to create that natural, dewy, fresh finish that I love.

Other favourites of mine in this collection include 'Midimauve' (my latest lipstick purchase) and 'Politely Pink' (my new favourite since the Plink! discontinuation).
