As most of you will already know, I was recently presented with the opportunity to wine and dine with Real Housewives of Cheshire favourite, Magali Gorre, at The Belle Epoque in Knutsford.

I won the competition, which was ran in association with the Manchester Evening News, after subscribing to Magali's new YouTube channel (Magali World) and leaving a comment explaining why I wanted to meet her.

To cut a long story short, I was one of five lucky winners, and my Magali World experience was everything I could have ever expected and more. Magali went all out to ensure that me and the other lucky ladies had the most fabulous night, and as well as wining and dining us, she also treated us to a whole range of different goodies.

All of the goodies were absolutely gorgeous, but one of my favourites was, and is, without a doubt, the fabulous AMPIKA LOX shampoo and conditioner.

I'd been meaning to try AMPIKA LOX since she first launched the hair care range on the Real Housewives of Cheshire at some point last year. However, it wasn't until Friday night that I actually finally got my hands on the stuff.

But oh my lord, it's been so worth the wait.

I think there is often an element of scepticism when it comes to products created by reality TV stars and celebrities. However, unlike many others, AMPIKA LOX hair care products are absolutely gorgeous.

Presented in a sleek and sexy cylindrical black bottle, this shampoo and conditioner not only smells amazing and works like magic, it's also pretty enough to leave on display in the bathroom, too! (You can't just leave any old bottles lying around your lovely bubble boudoir, can you?!)

And another thing that I really love about these products is the applicator. I don't know about you, but all too often, I squeeze out way too much product when I'm washing my hair. However, featuring a handy little 'presser' (if that's a word?) at the top of the bottle, the AMPIKA LOX shampoo and conditioner allows you to carefully squeeze out the perfect amount of product, preventing waste and ensuring that your hair is Ampika-level fabulous for longer. Win, win!

The only thing that I will say in terms of leaving your AMPIKA LOX on display in the bathroom is that you need to be extremely careful - boyfriends don't always understand that our hair needs extra TLC than theirs does, and they may just be tempted to use it...
