HOLIDAY NAILS AT THE NAIL LOUNGE UPPERMILL.

Everybody that knows me personally knows that I'm never without my fresh, red-hot manicure. I absolutely love my gel nails and over the last two years, my collection of gorgeous colours has grown enormously...I've got tons!

From beautiful classic reds, to Barbie pinks and everything else in between, I've got pretty much every gel colour under the sun. Unlike regular nail polishes, gel polish, which is set using an LED/UV lamp, stays chip-free for at least two weeks, and just looks tons better.

I actually do my gel nails myself, as I have everything I need to do them at home. I also do my mum's nails, too. However, as much as I enjoy it, every once in a while, it's nice to feel pampered and to let someone else prettify your nails for a change...

So, two days before we jetted out to Tenerife, I headed to The Nail Lounge, Uppermill, to get my nails glammed-up and holiday-ready.

The Nail Lounge is a gorgeous beauty salon located on Uppermill High Street, offering luxury treatments using only the very best products. Their services range from professional spray tanning, to acrylic and gel nails and HD Brows.

And it has to be said, these lovely ladies are seriously good at what they do.

This was actually my first time in The Nail Lounge ever, which is crazy really, seeing as it's only just down the road from where I live. However, after being so impressed with the service and the results, I've already booked for me and my mum to go back later this month.

The salon itself had a really glamorous and luxury feel to it, which I loved, and the girls working in the salon were really friendly and the type that I felt I could just chat with for hours. And of course, it goes without saying that they made my nails look utterly fabulous!

Fresh nails and an iced latte - what more could a woman want?

A woman should be two things - classy and F.A.B.U.L.O.U.S

Whenever I go on holiday, I always choose the same sort of colours for my nails - bright pinks, orangey-reds or vibrant corals. I find that these colours each compliment a tan really well, and the lovely warm tones make the skin glow even more. So, sticking with what I know, I opted for a beautiful coral with one silver nail on each ring finger. I also opted to really glitz the nails up by adding some gorgeous glitter to each nail to make them look super-bright and eye-catching.

How fab?!
