I've been lucky enough to try some truly amazing brands in my time as a blogger. From expensive, high-end products to happily affordable ones, I've made some amazing skincare and makeup discoveries from doing my research, and even now, I still get the same buzz of excitement when I find something that works amazingly.
Most recently, I was given the opportunity to try a range of products from award-winning beauty and cosmetics brand 'Arbonne'. Arbonne have become renowned for their natural, kind-to-skin products and have gone on to receive recognition in some of the UK's biggest fashion/beauty publications.
Before being approached to try these products, I must admit, I hadn't actually heard of the brand before. However, after trying out the products, I was genuinely baffled as to how this brand had escaped me for so long!
Specialising in both skincare and makeup, I found each and every Arbonne product that I tried absolutely sensational. I'm incredibly fussy about the products that I apply to my face as I'm very conscious about reactions to products and things like that, but as all the ingredients in Arbonne products are naturally derived, I felt comfortable in knowing that my skin was in safe hands.
In terms of the makeup products, I was particularly impressed with the CC cream and the primer. I found that both of these products were just unbelievably soft and silky when applied to the skin - it almost felt as if they just disappeared like magic, creating the most seamless and flawless base. The primer was especially impressive in this regard - after applying, my skin honestly felt like baby skin.
I found the skincare range to be equally delightful to use. My favourites were the facial scrub and toner. I'm extremely specific when it comes to my skincare routine and I pride myself on the fact that I can pretty much instantly detect a high quality product from a poor one, and I have to say, both of these products were up there with the best I've tried. As well as making my skin feel amazing, I really enjoyed the scent of these products. The toner spritz had a lovely, sweet, honey scent to it which was just beautiful. One of the things I find frustrating/off-putting is when toners smell very alcoholic or chemical - I much prefer softer scents as this tends to prove that the product isn't as harsh or abrasive.
I will be posting more detailed reviews on the Arbonne product ranges so do keep your eyes peeled for those coming up very soon. In the meantime, I hope you enjoyed this post.
