I absolutely love jewellery - sparkly things just beckon me towards them, but surprisingly, I don't actually buy a lot of jewellery.
The thing is, as much as I love jewellery, I find that I'm one of those girls that likes to stick to what she knows in this regard. I've been wearing my Pandora bracelet for years and I really do still love it.
In fact, I wear several Pandora pieces on a day-to-day basis.
Anyway, in this post, I'd like to share with you my staple jewellery pieces that I wear every day.
So, here goes.
First up, I have to talk about my beautiful engagement ring. If I wear absolutely zero jewellery but I still have this on my finger, then I'm happy. I'm so in love with this ring it's ridiculous. Incredibly, it's been almost 8 months since Marc and I got engaged, which is insane, but there still isn't one day that goes by that I don't look down at this ring and think 'wow'. Literally, Marc got it so right - I couldn't have chosen better myself. For those of you who aren't entirely familiar with engagement rings and things like that, this ring is a Vera Wang ring (Marc actually had to tell me this - I just thought it was beautiful regardless!) Everyone has their own style and what they want in an engagement ring, but I love something unique, and this ring is just so intricate and beautiful, it simply couldn't be more perfect.
Next up, we have my Pandora bracelet. I got this bracelet years and years ago, but it's actually taken me years to fill it up, so it still feels new in a way. I've themed my Pandora bracelet to look all pink and sparkly. I don't think the Pandora bracelets are quite as popular or hyped about as they used to be, but I still love mine. When I don't wear it, I feel naked.
Okay so next on the list we have my gorgeous Pandora necklace. Marc bought me this necklace as a present for my birthday last year I think, and I instantly fell in love with it. Sometimes, I swear he gets my style even better than I do! What I love about this particular piece is that it's lovely and sparkly, but the chain is still extremely delicate and chic. I love this, and I wear it every day.
And finally, we have my Michael Kors watch. This watch was actually the first designer piece I ever bought myself. I'd been working at Manchester City Football Club for just a couple of months, and I'd had my eye on this watch for ages, so I decided to treat myself. I think this was the first time in my life that I felt I could really buy myself the nice things I wanted, and even though these watches are fairly common now and there are a lot of fakes around, I do still love it.
What jewellery pieces do you wear everyday? Are you a costume jewellery kinda girl or do you like your precious metals and stones? Comment below - I'd love to know.
Lots of love,
Grace x
