CONCEAL IT: WHY I LOVE THE KIKO UNIVERSAL STICK CONCEALER.

Creating the perfect base requires a collection of different makeup and skincare products, and one of the most important products, which people rely on for a number of different skin concerns and imperfections is concealer.

Concealer comes in a variety of different forms, from liquids, to creams and balms, and finding the one that best suits your concern or the coverage that you want is a very personal thing.

There are a number of different concealers that I love to use, but my latest discovery from KIKO is already a firm all-time favourite.

For years now, I've been in love with the KIKO Full Coverage Cream Concealer in shade 02, but I decided to step out of my comfort zone and try something different, and the risk has definitely paid off.

The KIKO Universal Stick Concealer comes in a 'twisty' tube (there's probably a really obvious, real term to describe this style of packaging, but hey), and it's just gorgeous.

As I said before, usually, I opt for shade 02, but instead, I went one shade lighter for a change. I like my concealer to look bright and to illuminate my skin, and as the difference in tone between 01 and 02 isn't overly dramatic, I thought I'd go for the lighter option.

Initially, I was a little skeptical about the stick formula with this product, as I like to blend my concealer properly using my makeup brushes. I felt as though the stick formula would be quite difficult to use in comparison with the concealers I normally buy, but I've actually been pleasantly surprised.

Not only does this concealer provide a really solid coverage, meaning you only need a little bit, it's also really easy to blend in, and looks really natural and 'glowy'. I'm also really happy with my decision to buy the lighter shade, too, as not only does this add luminosity, I've also found that the KIKO Universal Stick Concealer is also a little darker than the KIKO Full Coverage Concealer that I normally use - I'm not sure why that is, but it seems to be the case.

To buy, this concealer is ever so slightly cheaper than the cream concealer, coming in at just £6.90. There are tons of things I love about KIKO products, and the price is one of them. These products are such high quality, and they're so affordable! KIKO is a great alternative to brands like MAC and NARS that are much more expensive. So, if you're looking to save a few pennies this autumn, I highly recommend this brand.
