As someone with long hair, I can empathise with anyone that suffers with knotty hair or tangly hair. It’s just so frustrating.
I suppose the most straight forward solution to the problem would be to opt for a shorter hair do, but whilst my tangled tresses do drive me to insanity - especially on a windy day and when freshly showered - I do love having long hair. And when I finally HAVE weaved all those knots out, my hair does actually look and feel really nice.
Which is why I’d prefer to endure the daily pain of yanking a comb through it than getting the chop.
I’d hate to have to cut my hair just to make life easier - which is why I am so genuinely relieved to have discovered the Tangle Teezer Wet Detangler.
So, a few weeks ago, after seriously getting my hair off (pun intended) with my mane, I furiously sought the help of Google.
So, what is the best hair brush for knotty hair? The Tangle Teezer Wet Detangling brush, of course.
I have actually used Tangle Teezer brushes before, but until buying this life-saver, it had been years since I’d brushed my hair with one.
And I can’t for the life of me think WHY I ever stopped using one. After just one use of the Wet Detangler, I was immediately reminded as to why this brand is so amazingly successful. Tangle Teezer brushes to the hair brush world are what Rolex’s are to the watch world - the best of the best.
But without the hefty price tag. Thankfully.
I physically can’t explain the wars that I have had with my hair and it’s tangling tendencies. My arm has honestly ached from all the tugging and yanking. And this might sound a little dramatic, but on occasion (mostly when I have been hormonal or stressed) it has actually made me cry.
I’m laughing too, but I am actually serious! I’m just so busy these days juggling so many different things that I honestly just don’t have the time or energy to have a fight with my hair every morning.
And thanks to my Wet Detangler, I no longer have to.
Also suitable for use on dry hair, the wet detanhker has been expertly developed to weave through any knots or tangles effortlessly, leaving hair smooth, shiny and tangle-free. WITHOUT causing any snapping or breakage.
For the best results, I apply my favourite hair serum immediately after washing my hair, allow that to penetrate my locks for a few minutes, and then start to de-tangle.
Brushing through my hair and getting rid of all those knots now takes me about 5 minutes - which when you compare to the 20 minutes I used to spend (if not more), is pretty amazing.
What I’ve noticed since incorporating this product into my hair care routine is that my hair is now actually tangling less in general. The tangle teezer not only relieves my hair of any knots, but it seems to prevent it from tangling again, too.
The tangle teezer wet Detangler is available in a selection of colours. I chose millennial pink because I just thought it was super pretty, but there are plenty of other options to choose from if you’d prefer something different.
I really hope you all found this blog post useful and that I can help some of you to finally wave goodbye to those tangled hair woes.
Until next time, lovelies!
Lots of love,
Grace x
