You see, the thing is with foundation, there are so many out there and yet the one thing they all have in common is that they give us an immediate confidence boost. Foundation helps mask imperfections, disguise any dark circles and draw attention away from blemishes (check out my post 'How To Choose The Right Foundation And Look Flawless'). Foundation is used by women that want to look their best and to show off a complexion as near to ‘perfect’ as possible. However, if I could give every woman just one makeup tip right now, it would be to lose the foundation for a little while, and replace it with a tinted moisturiser.
I first got into using tinted moisturiser some time in spring, this year. My mum had been telling me all about her new Stila tinted moisturiser and how refreshing the light coverage was, and as soon as I tried it, I immediately fell in love with it.
Tinted moisturiser makes my skin glow so much more than foundation does! I love letting my skin breathe. |
What I really adore about this product is the way that it softens the skin and genuinely moisturises it. Rather than masking the skin or covering it up, it gives the complexion a radiant glow that’s completely free of any ‘cakiness’ or unsightly build-up.
Of course, this isn’t the only great tinted moisturiser out there on the market, so I thought I would share a few of the top-rated products with you in this blog post. So, grab yourself a pumpkin spiced latte (yes! They’re back!), make yourself comfortable and get ready to learn all there is to know about tinted moisturiser.
