LANOLIPS TINTED LIP BALM REVIEW.

I don’t know about you, but during the cooler months in particular, my lips do have the tendency to go a little bit dry - especially as I am someone that loves to wear lipstick.

When I get home, I am always really quick to take off my makeup so that I can slather the lip balm on and give my lips some much-needed TLC. I just hate that feeling of having chapped lips.

The only frustration with this for me is that I feel like I can’t fully enjoy my makeup when I’m wearing it as subconsciously I am worried about my lips cracking and peeling. Which isn’t fun at all.

Fortunately, I’ve finally got my mitts on a fabulous, no-compromises lip product that is ticking all the boxes for me right now.

Lanolips is a brand that I’ve known about for quite some time now, but one that until a few weeks ago, I’ve never actually invested in.

Available in a selection of different shades, these tinted lip balms, which come in a squeezy, gloss-style tube, are perfect for those (like myself) longing for a subtle hit of colour that won’t compromise the texture of their lips. For those interested, I am using the Lanolips Tinted Balm Rose, but I'm really keen to try the Lanolips Tinted Balm Perfect Nude, too.

Super nourishing and hydrating, these luxurious lip balms present the perfect combination of colour and lip conditioning. Oh, and as a massive plus point which I very nearly forgot to mention - these lip balms also contain SPF 30. So, if you're looking for the best SPF lip balm, then you're looking right at it. Marc & I recently booked our first little family holiday to Tenerife, and I can't wait to pop my Lanolips balm in my beach bag - it's going to make for the best holiday lip product!

As I said before, you lot know just how much I love my lipstick - and muted pinks are definitely my favourite - so these lip balms are perfect for me. The subtle hint of colour is just enough to bring the lips to life and the glossy finish helps maximise that fresh, dewy and radiant look that I love.

What’s more, if you really want to, you can actually apply this on top of your lipstick, too, and it acts as a nourishing gloss. It's literally like wearing a gloss, but without the tackiness. It's great!

Most days, I’m actually not wearing any makeup at the moment as I'm kind of enjoying giving my skin a proper clean break from cosmetics. And so most of the time, I am wearing this moisturising lip balm on its own. However, when I am going out somewhere (usually for a take out coffee), and I decide I want to glam up a little bit, i smooth some of my Lanolips Tinted Balm in Rose on top of my lipstick for a soft, glossy finish and long-lasting hydration.

So, if it wasn't already completely painstakingly obvious, I'd just like to say that I am completely in love with these lip balms. They really are so, so gorgeous and in my opinion, a must-have in every woman's makeup bag.

I really hope you all enjoyed this blog post & I can't wait to share more with you very soon.

Lots of love,
Grace x
