WHAT IS THE BEST LUXURY PERFUME?

When it comes to perfume & fragrance, let’s face it, we are all completely spoilt for choice. We’re constantly being introduced to new, amazing scents from a whole host of famous brand names. And whilst some women’s perfumes are designed to offer a stunning smell without the premium price tag, others are made to look and feel luxurious in every single way.

Luxury fragrances have a different feel to them - a singular quality that’s present only in this type of product. And whilst it might not seem entirely relevant or important to everybody, when setting out in search of a new designer fragrance, the bottle & the packaging can be a huge selling point. 

Of course, with so many gorgeous designer perfumes to choose from, narrowing down those scents and discovering ‘the one’ that truly ticks every box for you can feel like somewhat of a challenge. 

I for one have tried dozens of designer perfumes in my time, but there are very few that have ever truly blown me away. In fact, if I’m completely honest, there is just one that really stands out to me as a real ‘wow-worthy’ scent that’s premium price tag is genuinely justifiable. And that perfume is ‘Si’ By Giorgio Armani.

Armani Si, despite still being a relatively new addition to the Armani fragrance collection, is already an all-time favourite across the globe. 

With a distinct sweetness to it, this women’s perfume is everything a premium brand fragrance should be...

1. Longlasting.

2. Recognisable.

3. Luxurious in every way.

I got my first ever bottle of Armani Si about three years ago for Christmas and since then, I’ve always counted this fragrance as my ‘signature smell.’ And whilst I know that thousands of other women are just as besotted with it as I am, I really do feel that this perfume truly suits both my style & my taste. 

It’s classic, glamorous and sophisticated - which is pretty much exactly how I would describe my sense of style. Just by looking at this perfume you can tell that it’s got that real high-end quality to it - and then as soon as you remove the glossy lid and pump out that very first spritz, the exclusive scent that protrudes is a continuation of that distinct lavishness.

Described by Influenster as a ‘graceful’ perfume (I know, what are the chances?! - even more reason for me to love it!), Armani Si boasts sumptuous notes of Chypre, Blackcurrant Nectar, Musky Blond Wood & a culmination of airy florals. And take it from me, it really is just as magical as it sounds. 

If I can, I try to save this perfume for more special occasions, as I’m one of those women who has to really stop myself from completely dousing myself in a fragrance. However, albeit a very luxurious and expensive perfume, I kind of see no reason as to why I shouldn’t smell this fabulous every single day. And, seeing as I got a brand new bottle for Christmas - body lotion & shower gel to boot! - it’d be rude not to, right?! 

In my opinion, Giorgio Armani Si is by far the very best luxury perfume available right now, but of course, this is a matter of opinion and whether or not you agree will come down to one thing - personal preference & taste.

Some other perfumes you may wish to try out are Tom Ford Lost Cherry, Dior Joy & Coach Eau De Parfum - all of which I also absolutely adore.
