BOTANICS 100% ORGANIC FACIAL OIL REVIEW.

Having a strong skincare routine is something that’s really important to me. If my skin doesn’t look and feel great, then my confidence takes an instant hit. And for this reason, I dedicate a lot of time to taking care of my complexion - exfoliating regularly, applying face masks once or twice a week and of course, cleansing, toning & moisturising on a twice daily basis. Anyway, as you’ve probably already noticed from the pattern of the posts I share, I’m forever pledging the importance of a solid skincare regime, and I love talking about my favourite skincare products, and I truly hope that I can be of help to others that are researching various products & devices.

So, for this blog post, I thought I’d introduce you to one of my most recent skincare investments...

I treated myself to the Botanics 100% Organic Facial Oil on payday after reading a review of the product online. I’m a huge fan of the Clarins Lotus Oil and the lady who shared the review was comparing the two products, explaining how similar they are in quality - in spite of the drastic difference in price. Intrigued to test the product out for myself, I made my way over to Boots on my lunch and grabbed a bottle.

My first impression when buying this face oil was ‘wow, that’s really cheap!’ I’ve spent a fortune on high quality facial oils in the past (£40 or more in some cases), so the £11.49 price tag seemed crazy to me. I mean, could a product that costs so little really do so much?

I have to admit, I was a little skeptical. However, much to my delight, the nice surprises with Botanics Facial Oil just kept on coming, and I soon found out that as well as boasting an attractive price point, this product is actually really high in quality, too.

Infused with organic rosehip extract, as well as nourishing omegas and fatty acids that are known to contribute to healthy skin, this oil also features a flurry of citrine ingredients, to which the facial oil owes its beautiful, fresh scent.

The Botanics Organic Facial Oil claims to lock in moisture for hours and with continued use, promote a healthy, radiant complexion. And you know what? I actually believe that this product genuinely is true to its word.

Personally, I would rather pay over the odds for a high quality skincare product than go cheap and gain zero benefits - which is why, in the past especially, I have been so frivolous with my skincare spend. However, this facial oil is physical proof that you don’t have to break the bank to get those great results.

1. I’ve now been using the Botanics Organic Facial Oil for 2 weeks, and so far, I have found that:
2. My skin looks super fresh & radiant
3. My makeup looks dewy, but not greasy
4. My skin tone looks more even
5. My skin feels thoroughly moisturised throughout the day
6. 2-3 drops of product is plenty

So, as you can imagine, I’m a pretty happy girl!

If you’re currently on the hunt for a new moisturiser or you fancy trying a facial oil for a change, then I definitely recommend giving this product a go. The value for money is second to none and the results are just fantastic!
