ST TROPEZ PURITY BRONZING WATER FACE MIST REVIEW.

In general, fake tanning my face is something that makes me very nervous as the skin on our faces is just so much more sensitive and delicate than it is anywhere else. I like my skin to look clear and radiant at all times and the risk of blocked pores and breakouts is really off-putting for me, so when I do apply fake tan, I tend to blend out towards the top of my neck and leave it at that. To ensure my face is the same colour as my neck and body, I rely on makeup.

Well, that’s what I was doing, anyway. Since discovering the incredible St Tropez Purity Bronzing Water Face Mist.

This revolutionary fake tanning formula is completely transparent - no colour whatsoever - and is entirely non comedogenic, so you needn’t fret about any unsightly pimples or flare-ups. It’s also been expertly developed to provide a natural glow-up without interfering with the appearance of clothing or bed sheets. So, if like me, you like your white t-shirts to look white and not orange, then you’re in luck. Unlike many other self-tanners, this savvy spritz won’t inflict any nasty-looking stains on that gorgeous white blouse - nor will it discolour your luxury Egyptian cotton bedding. Ahhh.

As someone who has tried and tested many fake tanners over the years, I like to think of myself as somewhat of an expert in this regard, and therefore pretty good at identifying the ‘cons’. But honestly, with this product, I really have struggled to find anything that disappoints.

I love the fact that the mist formula is so lightweight and that application is so straightforward. It really is one of those ‘you can’t go wrong’ products in the sense that you literally spritz over the face and neck and you’re good to go. I also love that there’s no tell-tale fake tan smell with this product. Eau de Rich Tea has never been my style when it comes to fragrance but my love for fake tan has meant that in the past, I’ve had to suffer smelling I’ve done a 12 hour shift in the McVitie’s factory.

Fortunately, those days are officially long gone. Thanks to the St Tropez Purity Face Mist, I can now enjoy a gorgeous, natural-looking tan that’s completely compromise-free. This facial tanner pairs up perfectly with my trusty St Tropez Classic Bronzing Mousse, and now I can finally relish the luxury of a golden glow that doesn’t abruptly stop at chin level. It’s amazing!

I’d recommend this fake tan for the face to anybody that yearns for a stress-free, healthy glow. It’s also great for those that prefer to lay off the foundation and let their skin breathe whilst it’s hot. This tanning product definitely gives me the confidence to go foundation-free, which is so refreshing and liberating.
