REVOLUTION 12.5% VITAMIN C SERUM REVIEW.

 Whilst I do have some all-time favourite skincare products that I will just always go back to, Switching up my skincare routine from time to time is something that I really love to do. I like to keep my skincare regime fresh and fun, and of course, I like to try and test as many skincare saviours as possible so that I can rate them, review them and share them with you lovely lot! 

The thing that I focus on most of all when I’m shopping for new skincare must-haves is the list of ingredients. And right now, one of my favourite skincare ingredients has got to be vitamin c. 

I’ve actually used vitamin c skincare products for years to be honest, but not religiously and certainly not with a real understanding of the host of benefits this ingredient boasts. However, now that I do have that awareness, I make a conscious effort to look out for new vitamin c facial products or those that I haven’t tried before. 

And my most recent investment is the Revolution 12.5% Vitamin C Serum.

I’m a huge fan of the Revolution Pro skincare range as it’s super affordable without compromising on quality. In fact, I find the products quite luxurious. I’ve spent a heck of a lot on skincare over the years and I’ve certainly never been afraid to break the bank in this regard, but with this brand, there’s no need to fork out a frightening amount of cash. Which lets face it, is always a huge Brucey bonus. 

Anyway, let’s move onto the more juicy stuff - like how good the product is, and whether or not I’d be tempted to buy again. 

So, is the Revolution Vitamin C Serum good? 

The simple and honest answer to this is yes, it’s fabulous. 

A little goes a long way with this brightening face serum

The standout features for me include the fact that I can recognise the radiance-enhancing effects of this facial serum pretty much straight away - my complexion looks instantly brighter upon application, and even more so when I wake up in the morning. I also love that the serum feels super moisturising without being greasy, and that it sinks into the skin so quickly. It's fab.

Another great thing about this serum is that a little really does go a long way. Affordable skincare products kind of lose their appeal if you need to apply loads in order to get the results that you want. But with this, one to two pumps of this affordable face serum is plenty. 

And if the scent of the face products you use is important to you, then you'll be pleased to hear that this Revolution face serum comes up trumps in this department, too. Free of any artificial perfumes, this product is delicately fragranced with a fresh, citrus-like smell that smells good enough to eat.

Finally, I thought I'd touch on the packaging, which, in true Revolution Skincare fashion, is super sleek. I love the fact that this skincare brand is so purse-friendly, but you still get that premium brand feel to each and every aspect of the products. There's nothing about these products that make them feel like cheap skincare products - and that's because they aren't. For me, Revolution Pro is definitely the best affordable skincare brand on the market right now.
